I pride myself on my integrity and will make sure your privacy is fully protected at all times. None of your details will ever be disclosed by us to outside sources, or made available on the site, unless you have agreed to this.
I will not send you any junk mail or dull sales material masquerading as a newsletter. I may occasionally invite you to an event or request your feedback but this will be enjoyable. (and of course if not, I will not contact you again).
In terms of safety, when you provide personal information to process an order, we receive the information via a secure Internet server using the industry standard secure transmission protocol known as SSL, which encrypts all personal information.

Payment options
Online purchases may be made via direct transfer and money order for the moment. Once the online store is live, we will also accept credit card payments of Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. We prefer direct transfer.
Entering your credit card information on this site is safe. As per above, we have taken the necessary precautions to ensure your payment information is processed securely via SSL.
Shipping
We ship orders all over Australia and are thrilled to also offer shipping to the rest of the world; via Australia Post and courier. All orders will be processed within three days, then add shipping time to estimate your delivery date. Within Australia this is usually a maximum of seven days. (from Victoria). To Paris, though it will be more like two weeks. Or I can bring it personally next time I am in the neighborhood.
If you need your tea in a hurry, let us know and we will organise a faster courier service (passed on at cost).
Shipping cost will be calculated automatically when you check out, based on the order size and destination.
Please provide a street address for courier deliveries.
Sales Taxes
GST will be charged where it is required by law. It is not currently applied on infuser pods but I am looking forward to adding wonderful new items for sale that I come across on my travels.

Prices of product on the website are subject to change every now and then as costs increase or decrease.
All applicable taxes and other government charges will be added to the purchase price.
Availability
Occasionally an item may be out of stock in which case we will offer to replace it or you may decide to wait or cancel your order.
Returns
If you have any issues with your order once it is received, please contact me within 14 days, after that things start to become murky. We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied.
