Luscious Licorice title

Aniseed myrtle has been paired with licorice root, peppermint and fennel seeds to create a sweet and vibrant blend; a perfect pick me up without the caffeine.

This healing tisane blends memories of far away places with those of home. Licorice is a favourite flavour in Norway, where I spent a year enjoying village traditions: baking bread, picking berries and skiing with my friend Geir, after which we’d warm ourselves with a sweet licorice tea.

Back at home, my love of local herbs led me to discover Aniseed Myrtle. This Australian rainforest tree has delicately flavoured leaves. Paired with licorice root, peppermint and fennel seeds, it provides a perfect touch of home.

How to get the most out of it

Place pyramid in your favourite cup. Pour in fresh water heated to 85°. Infuse for 3-5 minutes and inhale the aromas as you anticipate that first satisfying sip.

Licorice Root

Inside the Luscious Licorice blend you can easily spot the large chunks of licorice root, which I source from friends of mine in Sri Lanka. This delicious blend is actually a favourite of people who don’t usually enjoy eating licorice.
